DELIVERY POLICY:

We offer same day delivery for all orders inside and outside Amman. Delivery is available from 10 am until 10 pm Amman time. 
For Irbid, Jerash, Zarqa'a and other Governorates please make sure to order before 4 pm to receive your order in the same day.

EXCHANGE POLICY:

Saeed alShami will accept exchanges after 1 day of the purchase only.

The following cases are the cases in which return/exchange is allowed:

• The product(s) you received is wrong. The customer has to notify Saeed alShami via email / Instagram / Facebook or phone within the allowed period of exchange and has the right to exchange for a similar item or any other item of the same price only. In this case, Saeed alShami will be held responsible for covering all necessary delivery fees associated with the exchange process.
• The product(s) you received doesn't match the product's description or quality. Please note that No product will be exchanged if it is consumed.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

Orders can be canceled within 30 minutes if payment option was Cash on Delivery inside Amman.

Orders can be canceled within 1 hour if payment option was Cash on Delivery outside Amman.
